How to Convert Your Raw Score to a Band Score for the IELTS Exam

In the IELTS Listening and Reading tests, you have to answer 40 questions each, and many candidates who have just been introduced to the world of IELTS do not have any idea on how to convert their performances to a band score. When you check your answers, you will have the total number of correct answers. This means that you will have a number between 1 and 40 depending on the number of correct answers.
