How to Book Your IELTS Exam in Nepal

This article is about how to book your IELTS exam in Nepal. The IELTS exam can be taken in one of the six major cities of Nepal, namely, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Biratnagar, Birtamod and Butwal. However, the IELTS for UKVI (Academic or General Training) and IELTS Life Skills A1 and B1 exams are only offered in Kathmandu, the capital. Similarly, candidates can only take the IELTS computer-delivered test (IELTS CDT) in Kathmandu only at the moment.  

How to Book Your IELTS Exam in Nepal

Step 1. Visit our website

Go to https://trainerjames.edu.np/ and click on Book IELTS (https://trainerjames.edu.np/book-ielts-date) from the menu.

Step 2. Pick a date from the list

Choose the town, test module, month and type. Then, click Find Center. You can click on Request Booking adjacent to the date preferred.

Step 3. Fill out the pop-up form

A pop-up form will appear on your screen. Fill out the form with your name, email address and the 10-dighit mobile number. If you have scanned your passport, upload the document in jpg or png format. However, uploading your passport is optional.

Step 4. Submit

Click Submit and you will receive the following message: Success! Your request has been received! We will get back to you soon!

Step 5. Pay for the Exam

One of our exam coordinators will contact you within 24 hours with details for the payment.
